Hi, I’m Lori Kennedy,

A Registered Nurse and Functional Health Practitioner with 20 years of experience in exercise physiology and nutrition and 10 years of bedside nursing experience in hospital-based medical-surgical care.
She earned her degrees in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition in 2006 and began her career helping women improve body composition, metabolic health, and performance through science-based training. In January 2016, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has spent the past decade at the bedside, gaining deep clinical insight into inflammation, chronic disease patterns, and the systemic gaps many women experience in conventional care.
Haley is also certified in naturopathy and integrates root-cause physiology, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based supplementation into her work. Her approach bridges clinical medicine with functional strategy, focusing on elimination pathways, gut-brain signaling, hormone balance, and metabolic resilience.
She specializes in supporting high-functioning women over 35 who struggle with chronic constipation, bloating, brain fog, fatigue, mood instability, and stubborn weight gain despite “doing everything right.”
Haley is the founder of Uncharted Wellness, an online platform dedicated to helping women navigate the physiology no one taught them. Her work emphasizes recalibration over restriction and regulation over overcorrection.
She is also a proud mother of three daughters, Lily, Emma, and Cora, who are the driving force behind her mission to raise strong, informed girls while modeling clinical excellence and entrepreneurial courage.
